The Becovic Management Group team was honored to attend the National Apartment Association's (NAA) Apartmentalize 2026 Conference, held June 17–19 in New Orleans, Louisiana. As the rental housing industry's premier education and networking event, Apartmentalize brings together thousands of multifamily professionals, industry leaders, suppliers, and innovators from across the country to learn, collaborate, and shape the future of apartment living. More than 11,000 industry professionals attended this year's conference, making it one of the largest gatherings in multifamily housing.
For our team, Apartmentalize is much more than a conference, it's an opportunity to gain fresh perspectives, strengthen industry relationships, and return home with innovative ideas that help us continue delivering exceptional experiences for our residents and communities.
Three Days of Learning, Innovation & Inspiration
This year's conference featured an incredible lineup of educational opportunities with 90+ education sessions, interactive workshops, Express Education presentations, Fishbowl discussions, and leadership forums covering today's most important multifamily topics. Attendees explored strategies surrounding AI and technology, marketing, resident engagement, operations, maintenance, leadership development, employee retention, and the evolving renter experience.
One of the highlights of Apartmentalize each year is the General Sessions, and 2026 featured an outstanding lineup of guest speakers. Attendees had the opportunity to hear from entrepreneur and Shark Tank investor Daymond John, Academy Award-winning actress and producer Nicole Kidman, and legendary football coach Nick Saban, each sharing inspiring stories and leadership lessons from their own careers. The sessions were hosted by entrepreneur and television personality Bill Rancic, who kept the energy high throughout the conference.

The NAA Exposition was another standout experience, featuring hundreds of exhibitors showcasing the latest products, services, technology, and innovative solutions designed specifically for the multifamily industry. From property management software and resident engagement tools to maintenance products and marketing resources, the expo provided countless opportunities to connect with industry partners and explore new ways to enhance the resident experience.
