We'd like to send a big congratulations to Chelsey Southard on her recent promotion to Area Property Director for our Florida teams!
Chelsey has really shown her hard work and dedication by leading a diverse team of employees, contractors, and vendors at a very successful lease-up and helping to facilitate a profitable turn over our property, Ocean Blue.
This was not an easy task but she took the challenge head-on and has utilized these skills to prepare for this new role.
Congratulations Chelsey!
