October 12, 2022: Becovic Management Group attends the Indiana Apartment Association (opens in a new tab)’s (IAA) Midwest Multifamily Conference Prodigy Award Dinner every year. This year was a special one. Hosted at the JW Marriott’s Convention Center (opens in a new tab) in Indianapolis, we were honored to have received the following awards: Notch at Nora (opens in a new tab), Best Floor Plan; Preserve at Willow Springs (opens in a new tab), Community of the Year, and Becovic Management Group (opens in a new tab) won the prestigious 2022 Management Company of the Year Award. We are also proud of Ashlyn Nave, CAPS, CAM (opens in a new tab) for being nominated for Regional Supervisor of the Year. We want to congratulate all of our staff who continue to make Becovic Management Group (opens in a new tab) a wonderful company to work for. Family values are truly at the center of everything we do. We want to commend our team for working very hard to write entries for the award. We credit the team on the effort to both submit written entries explaining why we were the best management team for the award, as well as an 8-minute video highlighting aspects of our company including our Becovic Cares program, onboarding and training, company culture and history, how we support IAA, and what challenges and opportunities we face moving forward. We were all on the edge of our seats as the speaker introduced the Management Company of the Year Award. The speaker introduced the award with the following:
