Here, Alex explains that time is either on your side or against you! In this market, apartment homes are going quick. One day there is availability and the next it's snatched up leaving you back at square one.
For tip two, Alex explains that onsite maintenance teams are on your side! When looking at apartments or when you have moved into your new home, don't let small maintenance details fall by the wayside. Tell our maintenance teams as soon as you see an issue so we can take care of any issues before it gets worse.
Alex's third tip: please read your lease! Anything and everything is highly detailed for you in your lease. If you are unsure of the policies in your lease, reach out to your office to go over any details that may be confusing.
