We are very excited to be ahead of schedule on our construction plans. That means that we're going to welcome our very first residents to Island Pointe sooner than expected!
The walls of the clubhouse will be finished by the end of this week. We have one of our apartment buildings nearly finished with walls being completed this week as well. We are ready to get plumbing and electricity started on the clubhouse and half of the apartment building in the upcoming weeks.

Thank you to our construction team at Meyer and Najem for a speedy turnaround time, especially during this time of uncertainty of material shortages and inconsistent shipping times. We appreciate the partnership that we have created to bring Jacksonville a luxury living experience.
