Gillian Downham is our VP of Property and Asset Management. She is a respected and experienced leader within the multifamily housing industry. With more than sixteen years of experience in a variety of housing markets, Gillian has served in a diverse number of roles making her experience within this particular industry invaluable.
Gillian is responsible for business operations including setting exceptional qualities and values in all practices, short and long-term business goals, leadership, site visits and evaluations, development, contract negotiations and more. Gillian’s experience enables her to leverage innovative strategies and techniques to create a streamlined and effective management process.
Gillian is an active member of the Indiana Apartment Association and currently serves on both the Education and Midwest Multifamily conference boards. In 2011, Gillian was recognized by the Indiana Apartment Association at the annual Multifamily Conference for her active participation and service to the Industry through the Awards of Excellence program. In addition, Gillian received her CAM designation in 2010 after completing an educational course, in-depth market analysis, and testing implemented by the National Apartment Association. She went on to further her education by obtaining her CAPS designation in 2015 after completing assigned courses and market reports also implemented by the National Apartment Association. Gillian is a graduate of Ball State University and was a member of both the Indiana Apartment Association and National Apartment Association from 2007 to 2013.
